6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery under our Refund and Return Policy, subject to applicable law.
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, the customer will receive the rights and instructions required by the relevant law. Any mandatory exceptions, deadlines, and refund obligations will apply regardless of this policy.
For eligible change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs where permitted by law and where the applicable conditions have been disclosed.
Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect will be handled through an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund or replacement.
